He is survived by: his son Derrick Clark Jr. (Patricia); his grandchildren, Derrick Clark III, Michael Scribner, Colleen Scribner and Michelle Denzel; his great grandchildren, Payton Clark, Miles Clark and Carson Clark; and his siblings, Junior Clark, Wayne Clark, Robert Clark, Joyce Bithner, Shirley DeLong and Barbara Shaboo. He is also survived by 13 other great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
