She is survived by: her parents, Paul Hernandez and Priscilla Castillo Hernandez; her husband Fito Mata; her children, Maribel Angelique Mata and Mateo "Papo" Antonio Mata; her grandfather Eddie Castillo; and her brothers, Ricardo Quiñones (Rebekah) and Michael Hernandez. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
