He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Jean Andrews (Karkut); his parents, Herbert W. Andrews and Alta M. Andrews (Whalers); and his brother Herbert W. Andrews, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Debra Paz (Richard) of Bethany and Donald M. Andrews, Jr. (Marilyn) of Otego, NY; his sister Betty Beecher of Beacon Falls; his grandchildren, Ricky, Michael, Jeffery, Christopher, Matthew, Daniel, Joshua, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Alex, Kyle, Steven, Jack and Mason; his great grandchildren, Jeremy, Zachary, Tovie, Kaleb, Harrison, Landon, Alana, Colton, Eliana, Lincoln, Matthew, Ryan, Logan, Hunter, Avery, Aiden, Grayson of Levi, A. J., Alaia and Alessa; and his cousins, Jack and Karen O'Donnell of Shelton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
