He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. and Bernadette Scully (Kavanagh); and his siblings, Mark Scully and Jennifer Scully. He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Cass (Jon), Patricia Scully (Michael Curtin), Kevin Scully (Raquel), Margaret Scully and Matthew Scully (Susan); his siblings' children, Dylan Cass (Letty), Andrew Wagner Cass (Samantha), Matthew Cass, Mikayla Scout Curtin, Brooklyn Curtin, Piper Curtin, Grace Scully, Olivia Scully, Zachary Cyr-Scully, Alexandra Cyr-Scully, Connor Scully, Madeline Scully and Ryan Scully; his great-nephew Wesley; and his great-niece Reagan.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Riverview Funeral Home (390 River Rd, Shelton, CT 06484). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
