He is survived by: his former spouse Lucianne Lavin; his children, Christopher Lavin (Ji Young Park), Laura Lavin (Scott Marsh) and Nicholas Lavin (Jessica Al-Uffi); his cousin Edda Marinaccio; his brother Wally Kohn (Terry); his friends, Rick and Michele Van Wart; and his close friend Sparky. He is also survived by close friends including his best friend.
