We are sad to announce that, on January 22, 2023, at the age of 75, Edward Rydzy of Shelton, Connecticut, born in Derby, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepson Darryl Ellis Jr.; and his parents, Edward Rydzy and Eleanor Rydzy (Nesteriak). He is survived by: his significant other Paula Segala Ellis; his daughters, Lori Schilkowski (Gary) of North Carolina and Amy West (Mitch) of South Carolina; his stepdaughters, Theresa Binck of North Carolina and Darla Lussier; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kaitlyn Schilkowski (Jon Weaver), Andrew, Ryan, Nora West, Mikayla, Michael, Madison Binck, Marlo Ellis, Lena and Anna Lussier; his siblings, Janice Mismas (George) and Wayne Rydzy (Paulette); his nieces, Dawn Roberts, Debbie Mandly and Marisa Esposito (Russ); and his nephew Mark Rydzy (Linda Joyce Poplin).

Memorial contributions can be made to the grandchildren's education fund through the funeral home.
