With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Isaac of Shelton, Connecticut, who passed away on August 18, 2025 at the age of 85. Though Evelyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Evelyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Isaac; and her siblings, Clifford Dayton and Joan Jenner. She is survived by: her children, Robert Pillsbury (Maria) and Barbara Malota (Edward); her granddaughters, Sara Nagy (Tim), Julia Malota and Jessica Pillsbury; and her great grandchildren, Annika, Trey and Dugan Nagy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Riverview Funeral Home (390 River Rd, Shelton, CT 06484). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First United Church of Christ (34 W Main St, Milford, CT 06460).
