He is survived by: his wife Barbara Tomcho (Barowski); his children, Susan Trapp (Robert), Lori Anderson (Jeffrey) and Mark Tomcho (Jessica); his grandchildren, Kyle, Kacie, Taylor, Sarah, Julia and Matthew; and his sister Pearl Hudak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family kindly requests that any donations be made to the VA West Haven Connecticut Healthcare System that provided compassionate support and services to George and his family during his final days.
