She was predeceased by: her father Frank Calzone. She is survived by: her husband Richard Smith (Dick); her daughters, Donna Moylan (Tom) and Lisa Juhl (Bruce); her grandchildren, Lindsay Cohen (Adam), Steven Moylan (Danielle), Macey Collison (Kevin) and Nick Juhl; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Emily, Mickey, Raymond and Danny. She is also survived by 22 loving nieces and nephews.

Contributions in Grace's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Wounded Warriors Project.
