It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Joseph Tura of Shelton, Connecticut, born in Kingston, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tura and Catherine Tura (Minelli); and his sister Augusta. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Brigida); his daughter Brigitte (Jim Plucienik) of Florida; his grandchildren, Sarah and Scott Plucienik; his brothers, Richard Tura (Mary) and John Tura (Dolores); and his goddaughter Lisa Tura. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Doctors Without Borders or World Central Kitchen.
