He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Barbuschak Cipkala; his parents, Jan Cipkala and Anna Cipkala (Cipkalova); and his son Donald. He is survived by: his daughters, Claudia Kuchta of Oxford and Nancy Kunzik of Seymour; and his grandchildren, Lauren Silberkleit (Jeffrey), Kimberly Kunzik, Theodore Kunzik Jr. and Matthew Kuchta.
