He was predeceased by: his father Stanislaw Mysliwiec; his sister-in-law Kamila Mysliwiec; and his nephew Zygmunt Mysliwiec II. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kulesza Mysliwiec; his mother Jadwiga Osakowicz Mysliwiec of Bridgeport; his children, Vanessa Mazanowicz (Krzysztof) of Stratford and Michael Mysliwiec (Alyssa) of Shelton; his grandchildren, Paxton, Claire and Hunter; his siblings, Henry Mysliwiec of Bridgeport, Zygmunt Mysliwiec (Diane) of Shelton, Marianne Papastavros of Bridgeport, Helen Palavra (Tom) of Bridgeport and Jadwiga Chmiel (Marian) of Bridgeport; and his caregivers, Jennifer, Stephanie and Alyssa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
