He is survived by: his father Thomas Hemenway Sr. of Ansonia; his cousin Peter Meginis; his siblings, Thomas Hemenway Jr. (Shelley) of Wallingford, Karen Hemenway of Ansonia and Christine Hemenway (Griffin) of Ansonia; his siblings' children, Alex Piccolo, Clarissa Piccolo, Sterling Griffin and Thomas Hemenway, III; and his godmother Sandy Abel. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
