He was predeceased by: his parents, William Banks and Therese Banks (Amalfitano); and his siblings, Donald August Banks, John William Banks, Sr., Carole Banks Forlenzo, Gloria Banks Lamanna and Barbara Banks Marra.
He is survived by: his children, Ken Banks (Jess) and Betsy Banks (Rich LoPresti); his grandchildren, Bryson, Sage and Willow Banks; and his sisters, Maria Banks Jaramillo, Dorothy Studwell and Beverly Wynne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
