He is survived by: his children, Barbara D'Agnone (Paul) and John P. Chickos (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Marc (Kristen), Matthew (Melissa), Michael D'Agnone (Amanda), Ally and Owen Chickos; his great grandchild Joseph; his sister Dorothy Manely; and his caregivers, Loran and Tracy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
