With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. Hurley of Shelton, Connecticut, born in Derby, Connecticut, who passed away on March 17, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hurley and Genevieve Hurley (Reilly); and his godmother Helen A. Reilly. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Conroy (David Conroy) of Beacon Falls; his nephew David Conroy, Jr. (Traci); his goddaughter Stephanie O'Keefe; his cousin Richard Patterson of St. Petersburg, FL; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by cousins and an extended family.
