He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcin Leniart and Anna Wasilewska Leniart; his daughter Barbara Piaty; and his siblings, Irene Magyar and Edwin Leniart.
He is survived by: his wife Constance; his children, Anthony Piaty of Shelton, Kristine Lucker (Brian) of Monroe, Joseph Leniart (Samran) of Framingham, MA and Susan Leniart (Matt) of Shelton; and his granddaughter Abigail Lucker of Monroe.
