He was predeceased by : his mother Stella Malacwiej. He is survived by : his father Casimir Zapolnik; his close friend Wanda Rogoz; his sister Alina Hussey; his niece Taylor Hussey; and his extended family, Jackie, Megan Rogoz, Victor and Alexandra Skoczylas.
