He was predeceased by: his brother David Paul Allen (Melanie); his uncle David George Erickson; and his grandparents, Lenora Lupoli Erickson, Ivar Kenneth Erickson, Francis and Marilou Erickson.
He is survived by: his former spouse Tracey Allen; his daughters, Madalyn and Olivia Allen; his parent Carol Allen (Gerald Halasz); his aunts and uncles, Carmelia, Robert Erickson, Kenneth Erickson, Gwen and John Cook; and his great-aunt Geraldine Lupoli.
