He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Martire and Carmella Milano Martire; his sister Martha Mastrone; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Mastrone and Richard Artymowski.

He is survived by: his wife Marilia Morais Martire; his sons, Erik (Heather), Jeffrey (Nina) and Mark (Jenna); his grandchildren, Adam, Mia, Ella, Claire, Giuliana, Mark and Joseph; and his siblings, Rose Artymowski, Vincent Martire (Jean), Richard Martire (Tina), Anthony Martire (Joan) and Linda Lapera (Mark Johnson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
