He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ungrady and Anna Ungrady (Miklos); and his siblings, Michael Ungrady, Ann Dutko and Mary Urich.

He is survived by: his wife Grace Ungrady (Pisano); his children, Joseph Ungrady (Melissa), Deana Ryff (Steve) and Douglas Ungrady; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Sophia, Jonathan, Brittney and Madison; his great grandchild Braden; and his siblings, Veronica Fraoni and John Ungrady (Barbara). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
