She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. Simko; her parents, Ignacy Dziekan and Frances Dziekan (Krok); her son Robert F. Simko; and her siblings, Henry Dziekan, Simon Dziekan, Stanley Dziekan, Eugene Dziekan, Harriet Zalinksky, Mary Petrowski and Helen Zabuoski.
She is survived by: her children, David Simko (Gina) and Susan Maitland (Greg); her daughter-in-law MaryEllen Simko; her grandchildren, Steven Simko (Stacie), Aaron Schreibman (Emily), Jaclyn Schreibman, Taylor and Morgan Simko; and her great grandchildren, Alexander, Hannah Simko, Ella Sophia and Maya Schreibman.
