She is survived by: her children, Karen Evans (Debra Gemski), Terry Chavez, Bonnie Kuziak and Joseph Andrews; her grandchildren, Leah, Jacob, Sadie, Alexander, Paul, Kelsey, Drew, Nicholas, Tenille, Tina and Justin; and her sister Nancy Gentili.
