He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Kisly and Anne Piorkowski Kisly; his son Christian; and his brother Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hayas Kisly; his children, Kevin Z. Kisly Jr. (Jennifer) of Pennsylvania, David M. Kisly of Florida and Ashley Rae Shaff (Braeden) of Florida; his grandchildren, Zachary, Derek, Penelope and Levi; and his siblings, Paul Kisly and Judy Ward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
