She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford L. Young; her parents, Frederick Ehrhardt and Loretta Wild Ehrhardt; her son John Young; and her siblings, Frederick Ehrhardt and Carolyn Shearer.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffry Young (Sandra) of Shelton, Jacqueline M. Young of Shelton, Judi Whalley (Tom) of Shelton and Janis Mahoney (Brian) of Shelton; her grandchildren, Jeffry Jr. (Alessandra), Jeremy (Cynthia), Jenna, Taylor and Nicole (Tucker); her stepgranddaughter Sara; and her great grandchildren, Selina, Damien and Talia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
