He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Divens Malvasi; his parents, Anthony and Antoinette Malvasi (Caruso); and his siblings, Rose Vacca, Joseph Malvasi, Frank Malvasi and Julia Tagliatela.
He is survived by: his friend Shirley; his children, Michael Malvasi, Jr. (Julie) of Shelton and Michele Cullen (Bob) of McPherson, KS; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Kevin Cullen, Sarah Arcieri (Joe), Allie Warren (Kenan), Benjamin Brassington and Graham Malvasi; and his great grandchild Henry Warren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
