It is with sadness that the passing of Michael John Kranyak Jr. of Shelton, Connecticut is shared. Michael, born on October 10, 1940 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, passed away on June 30, 2026. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Kranyak (Wright); his parents, Michael Sr. Kranyak and Adele Kranyak (Staciokas); his brother Charles; his brother-in-law Chet Barnick; his parents-in-law, Frank Wright Sr. and Virgina Wright (Ruggles); and his brother-in-law Timothy Wright.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Demko; his son-in-law Jim; his brothers, Jack Kranyak of New Haven and Jim Kranyak of Milford; his siblings-in-law, Beverly Kranyak of Milford and Frank Wright of Cape Neddick, ME; and his caregivers, Nella and Gail. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
