He was predeceased by: his father Michael Pavlik; his siblings, Robert and Joan; and his brother-in-law Michael Henetz. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Wildman Pavlik; his siblings, Katherine Henetz and John Pavlik (Gail); his siblings-in-law, William Wildman and Anna Pavlik; his nephew Michael (Mary Henetz); and his friends, Marie Cannotti and Ruth Olah. He is also survived by several cousins, and life-long friends.
In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to St. John's Church or the Lung Association in memory of Michael.
