He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Putnick and Mary Putnick; and his siblings, Charles Putnick Jr. and Mary Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindi" Putnick (Risley); his sons, Michael Putnick II (Francine) and Jeffrey Putnick; his granddaughter Kara Putnick; and his siblings, Joe Putnick, Susie McKay and Carole Muir. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
