With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip E. Guilmette of Shelton, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Guilmette and Elizabeth Guilmette (Kapostas); his son Phillip J. Guilmette; and his sister Barbara Doherty (James Doherty). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Dinan Guilmette; his daughters, Elizabeth VanGemert (Bradley) of Monroe, CT, Dr. Karen Morisseau (Philippe Morisseau) of Exeter, RI and Barbara Ramieri (John) of Georgetown, MA; his daughter-in-law Anne Guilmette of West Warwick, RI; his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Elizabeth, Christopher, Jack, Stephen, Joseph and Paul; and his niece Denise Doherty Gill.
