He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Arlio and Mae Murphy Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Roseann LaConte Edwards; his sons, Vincent R. Edwards and Richard J. Edwards Sr. (Tammy); his grandchildren, Vincent N. Edwards, Melissa Brown (Edward), Ashley Edwards, Richard J. Edwards Jr. and Jessica Palmieri (Nicholas); his great grandchildren, Bennett Brown and Gianna Cortinhas; his sisters, Diana Dennis and Sandra Paine (Arnold); and his cousin Lucinda Timpanelli. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and his Arlio cousins.
