He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Herlihy and Dorothy Cohen Herlihy; and his wife Dolores Herlihy. He is survived by: his children, Craig Herlihy and Kimberly Herlihy; and his grandchildren, Megan, Caitlin, Benjamin, Daniel, Robert and Brandon. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
