He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Siok and Helen Kaczmarczyk Siok; and his brother Blaise "Whitey" Siok. He is survived by: his wife Carol Gabriele Siok; his daughters, Deena Lawson (Donnie) and Danielle Berardi (Lee); his stepmother Dolores Siok; his brother Joseph Siok (Diane); and his grandchildren, Ashley Mericnyak (Connor), Vincent Backert, Alicia Berardi and Anthony Berardi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
