He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Starkey (Boeckhott); his children, Robert Starkey, David Starkey (Jiji), Lori Sanchez (Juan) and Kathy Miccinello (David); his grandchildren, Andrea Vidiella (Ben), David Sanchez, Dena Miccinello-Barbarula (Ian), Samantha Starkey, Rachael Starkey, Craig Starkey and Eva Starkey; his great grandchildren, Ellie and Mateo Vidiella; and his stepbrother Bob Brozozowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
