He is survived by: his wife Barbara Szymanski (Filanowski); his children, Robert Szymanski Jr. (Jane Butler), Daniel Szymanski (Susan) and Jane Mullany (Stephen); his grandchildren, Amanda Mariconda (Kyle), Daniel Szymanski (Marissa), Kyle Szymanski (Kristen), Matthew Szymanski, Jessica Mullany (Owen) and Stephen Mullany; and his brother-in-law Samuel Filanowski (Patricia).
