He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Bush, Ralph Bush, Jerry Bush and Nancy Hyman. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Bush (Lukasiewicz); his children, Roger Bush, Jr. (Krista), Lori Dion (Robert) and Tammy Hosford (George); his grandchildren, Rebecca Dion, Lucas Dion and Olivia Bush; and his siblings, Tracy Bush and Linda Hyman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
