He was predeceased by: his spouse Leonila Aquino Gebuza; and his parents, Szymon Gebuza and Stefania Pisarczyk Gebuza. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Warycha (Michael) of Norwalk, Illene Dmyterko (Matthew) of Cheshire and Roman Gebuza, Jr. of Shelton; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Michael Warycha of Norwalk, Emilia and Maksym Dmyterko of Cheshire; his siblings, Maria Kowalczyk (Andrew) of Darien and Myron Gebuza of New Canaan; his niece Janine Corticelli (Pierangelo) of Riverside; and his nephews, Paul Kowalczyk (Danielle) of Milford and Kevin Gebuza (Kristina). He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church Preservation Fund.
