He was predeceased by: his parents, Youssef Musallam and Katerina Musallam. He is survived by: his wife Nouhad Chamoun Musallam; his daughter Linda Musallam-Zabaneh (Ehaab Zabaneh); his granddaughters, Jasmine and Zeina; and his siblings, Janette Abeid, Jacob Musallam (Laila) and Nabil Musallam (Rima). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and treasured cousins.
