He was predeceased by: his wife Emily Klik Chuckta; his parents, Mary Tutko Chuckta and Conrad Chuckta; and his siblings, John, Samuel, Michael and Helen Chuckta Bowolick.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Chuckta Jr. (Patty Ann), Susan Chuckta Smith (Ron) and David Alan Chuckta (Lori); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Andrew, Tiffany and Natalie.
