He was predeceased by: his parents, Demko Pecylak and Annie Pecylak; and his wife Marie. He is survived by: his children, Gail Colberg (Richard), Stephen John Pecylak (Kathryn) and Paula Hackenjos (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Kristen (Morgan), Allison (Colin), Michael (Jaclyn), David (Allyson), Daniel, Brian, Kennedy, Austin, Hayden and Lily; and his nieces, Jacqueline, Peggy and Laura.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Pistey Funeral Home (2611 Main St, Stratford, CT 06615). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jesus Church (1950 Barnum Ave, Stratford, CT 06614).
