She was predeceased by: her husband Denis Fortin; and her parents, John Joseph O'Brien and Virginia O'Brien (Phelps). She is survived by: her children, Beth Fortin (Bruce Amster), Janine Sadoski (Mitchell), Michael Fortin (Victoria DiMatteo) and Wayne Fortin (Dilcia); her grandchildren, Catherine, Thomas, Kevin, Dean, Lily, Jack, Luke, Matthew and Ryan; her great grandchild Sawyer; and her siblings-in-law, Les Fortin and Juliet Domack. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
