He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Sembrat and Maria Szczerba Sembrat; and his sisters, Anna Kofla and Theodora Garan. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Gebuza Sembrat of Shelton; his children, Maria Belco (Angel Hernandez) and John Sembrat of Shelton; his grandchildren, Anthony Sablone (McKenna Schuler) of Chicago, Alexis Belco (Chris Beebe) of Ellington and Bryce Belco of Shelton; his brother-in-law Stefan Gebuza of Shelton; his nephews, Steve Dytko (Olga) of Derby, Jan and Stefan Kofla of Poland; and his niece Maria Kolinka of Poland.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sts. Peter and Paul Preservation Fund.
