She was predeceased by: her husband William B. Frank Jr. Wendy; her parents, George Blantin and Ida Blantin (Drake); and her sister Norma Jean Blantin. She is survived by: her children, William B. Frank III (Tammy) of Groton, Lynn Shortell (Carl) of Southington and Lisa Hickey (James) of Meriden; her grandchildren, Michelle, William, Karina, Anthony, Angelina, Carmella, Kathryn, Kellie and Sarah; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Dylan, Cash and Gwendolynn; and her siblings, Dennis Reynolds of Norwich, Marlene (Nicholas) of Canada and Jan Clayton of Norwich.
