He is survived by: his wife Pearl Kelly of Simsbury; his brother Austin Kelly of Scotland; and his children, Kevin (Dawn) of Portland, Joan (Steve) of Southington, Noel (Raeanne) of Haddam Neck, Fiona (Brian) of Avon and Declan (Carey) of Suffield. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
