Eileen touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Eileen’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Foley and Mary Foley (O'Connell); and her siblings, Daniel Foley, Maureen Canny and Joan Foley (Gerald Twigg).
She is survived by: her son JJ Twigg of Canton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (942 Hopmeadow St, Simsbury, CT 06070).
