She was predeceased by : her parents, William Loudon and Helen Loudon (Paxton); and her sister Dorothy Berlincourt of Chagrin Falls. She is survived by : her husband Wilbur "Bill" Thomas; her children, Stephen (Laura), Debra (John) and Kenneth (Pamela); and her nieces, Mary Ann Viveiros of Mayfield Heights, Ohio. and Janet Berlincourt of Mayfield Heights, Ohio..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the First Congregational Church of Canton Center or the Simsbury Airport Association, PO Box 375, Granby, CT 06035, two organizations that Ellie actively supported throughout her life.
