He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Hazel Schuurman Cooke; his children, Nancy, Richard, Robert and Dale; his children-in-law, Bill Bunnell, Elaine Cooke, Wendy Cooke and Carol Moore; his grandchildren, Heather (Brandon Munson), Jesse (Devlin), Jenna (Cody Berg), Jason (Lindsey), Melissa (Adam Freeman) and Conner Cooke; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Levi, Zuzu, Ari, Kinley, Laiken and Caleb.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Vincent Funeral Home - Simsbury (880 Hopmeadow St, Simsbury, CT 06070). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 at the Simsbury Cemetery.
