He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Louise Salter (Rugg). He is survived by: his wife Pauline Salter (Kummer); his children, Mark J. Salter (Patricia) of Simsbury, James P. Salter (Catherine) of Granby and Darlene M. Crouch of South Windsor; his grandchildren, Michael, Nicole, Katelyn, James, Holly and Heather; and his great grandchildren, Jack and Emma.
