Julia Mary McCabe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Mary McCabe of Simsbury, Connecticut, who passed away on June 26, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Julia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Julia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, John (Lisa), Mary (Paul Zinone) and Catherine (John Jahne); and her grandchildren, Melissa, William, Emerson, Owen, Myles and Aidan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Julia's memory to: St. Catherine's of Siena Church, The Village for Families & Children, The Knights of Columbus, McLean Hospice, The CT Humane Society, or St. Jude's Hospital.
