She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Sammis and Marian Sammis (Cole); and her husband Steve. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy (Florent Fougerouse) of Colchester, CT and Julie (Bill Gills) of Simsbury, CT; her grandchildren, JP, Kate and Emily; and her brother Neil Sammis of The Woodlands, TX. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and countless dear friends.
